La localisation à proximité de la gare de Riomaggiore et du centre-ville, le confort et le calme du logement, le toit-terrasse à disposition pour faire des petits-déjeuners avec vue sur la mer. Très bel endroit, bien situé pour les départs en balade sur les chemins de randonnées, au calme tout en étant à quelques minutes à pied de la rue centrale. La carte touristique incluse dans le prix, donnant accès à plusieurs services et activités gratuitement. Le ménage de fin de séjour également inclus, ce qui est très agréable (c'est toujours propre pour celui qui arrive)

Le confort du canapé-lit, acceptable pour un court séjour, mais qui mériterait une literie plus ferme. Sinon, rien à signaler

The steps!

Great location!!! It is accross the street from the train station but you don't hear the train at night, next to via del amore, there is a great pizza place and cafe next door. You can see the ocean from your living room window and the terrace.

It is on the 4th floor (5th floor by American standards) and the stairs are very steep. It is not ideal if you have mobility issues or a lot of large bags.

This feels like a hidden gem in paradise. We booked this property for the beautiful terrace which is the star of the show, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or wine in the evenings. We were pleasantly surprised how great the rest of the property was too, it has pretty decor and is so clean and tidy, the pictures don’t do it justice. It has two bathrooms, a bedroom and a pull out sofa bed - so ideal if you are friends and want a room each. The property is well equipped with kitchen equipment if you want to self cater and the bathrooms had full size toiletries too. It’s within steps of the train station and a short walk to the main part of town and harbour. Our host was so helpful and friendly, and on hand via WhatsApp if we needed help with anything. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The apartment is at the top floor and there is no elevator - might be difficult if there is heavy luggage

Close to railway station Beds were okay

The stairs are a huge problem. There are four steep flights with some portions being different step depth and height. With suitcases ( medium sized) it was impossible for me, I could barely get up without my bag. (I’m 62 with reasonable fitness). My travel companions are very fit and they struggled. There needs to be an information book with details about supermarket, dining places, how to access ferry etc

The apartment was cute and very close to everything. The host was great and helped us out with our bags. The roof top view was just amazing!

A bit small for 4 adults. The 69 steps to the apartment kept us in shape.
