Great location, great view, fully equipped apartment and lovely host.

Lots of stairs so make sure to have small bags.

Communication between myself & the host was excellent. Good instructions on how to find the apartment & key collection. I was a solo traveller & the apartment was probably a waste on me tbh. It comprised of a lovely double bedroom with bathroom attached, there was a further bathroom & a living room/kitchen area. Quite chintzy in design but all the same perfectly adequate with good WiFi. It was up a couple of flights of stairs (4th floor which I did know about prior to booking as they advertise this well) but I did lose count on the way up, inadvertently knocked on the wrong door (I was early so making sure previous occupants were not in), tried the keys, they didn't work obviously, wrong apartment, so went up another flight of stairs and the actual apartment has a name plaque outside - so for future travellers - please go up to the floor that has L'Oblo outside :-) I went in late October so sadly the lovely accessible outside roof terrace was not really useable for me as it was drizzling, but it was a great view & I suspect would be amazing on a lovely morning with a cup of coffee or tea or a sunset glass of vino! It is a self catering apartment so no breakfast but it has all the facilities to make your own, or there are a couple of restaurants/coffee shops near the station. Do not miss the entrance to the tunnel to the left of the station as you look at it, which takes you into town. However the walk up the hill by the apartment & around & down into Riomaggiore is lovely with views & a church on the way. I walked in & tunnelled out :-) Riomaggiorre is as we know instragramworthy... even in late October with grey brooding clouds & huge waves. I was pleased I came at this time of the year, as it was still fairly popular & I can imagine I would personally hate it in the summer with the crowds, there were people visiting from a cruise ship & I suspect this is year round thing!

Nice and big appartment, two bathrooms. Location very near of train station. Eveything what we needed was there. Terrace upstairs, but there is no bench

Sofabed was bad to sleep. Very noisy because trains so earplugs would have been nice.

Location was nice away from the main center of town, close to the train station. Upstairs terrace was nice and having 2 bathrooms was very helpful. Kitchen and bathrooms were all very well stocked.

Lack of AC is always hard. Could have more fans to help. Also, location is great next to train station, but with lack of AC, had to have the windows open, and the train woke us up at all hours.

Location - near train station but surprisingly quiet. Two bathrooms. Upper deck overlooking sea.

Lots of steps! But good exercise going up and down.

Overall not happy with our stay , the property did not match the description and expectations . Photos do not correspond to the reality. Stairs to the apartment are horrible !! Do not recommend it for people with kids or with lots of luggage as in our case . The sofa was not prepared for a third bed. There were no bed sheets available. Terrace was not available as well and had nothing to with the pictures shown . :(

The apartment is nicely decorated. The roof is awesome. We had our breakfast and dinner up there with the beautiful views. Perfect location just a few seconds from the station.

It’s a little tight for 4 adults but not a big problem. Having two bathrooms was helpful.

Great location, beautiful apartment with an amazing view.

The location was very convenient, right by the train station. The views were great out of the windows and from the private (shared) terrace.

The description on how to get to the apartment was pretty good, but we still wandered a little bit. The door is literally next to the pizza place, which is really all the description needed. Getting the key was easy. We are happy we had small suitcases, since there was no elevator.

Decor was tired. 4 long flights to apartment.
