Almost everything. The location is bad. This place is very windy, with wind coming from all three open sides, so it was impossible to sunbathe in the pool area. Far from civilisation. The biggest pain in this trip - quality of sleep. The mattress in the bedroom and the provided pillows are of very poor quality, and it was very hard to sleep. A sofa bed in the living room is the cheapest possible sofa bed from Ikea or Jysk, which is not suitable for sleeping because it has been living its long and sad life and needs to be retired. I travelled with my friend, we are both in our fifties, and we had no other option but to sleep together on one bed. But the room description clearly said there are two single beds and one sofa bed, so if we had known the sofa bed was so bad, we would have got a two-bedroom apartment. Cockroaches. We had a cockroach, a normal dirty kitchen cockroach, in our room. I thought that they did not exist nowadays. The last time I saw a cockroach was probably 30 years ago. The hotel manager tried to convince us that this is a bug cockroach, which lives on palm trees outside and jumps into the rooms. Funny guy, I know what an American cockroach looks like, how a cockroach that lives in a dirty kitchen looks, and can distinguish them. Fair play to the hotel manager, he offered us a replacement room on another floor. The Internet is very slow. Small non-smart TV with Spanish channels. Very boring. Safe, pool towels - all have to be paid for. Food included in the package is very bad - meat and fish are dry and a very poor choice. No allergen info is available. The hotel requires a serious capital injection and renovation. The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel. Considering all the above, it should have at most 2 stars, as a 2-star hostel would look better. Avoid this place.
