The Property must have a been a good one a few years back however now it’s in a state of neglect. The pool area and surrounding grounds are still kept well however and the highlight of the property.

Our stay was terrible from the first night. We were checked in a suite on ground floor with dripping water at the foot of the bed and mould in the ceiling. We were promised someone would come around and no one came. We now realised since it was Easter weekend staff was very limited. 2nd day after sleeping in bedroom with mould we where given an other suit. Toilet doesn’t plush we sorted ourselves flushing with bucket of water. 2 days went by and we had a flood in the living room. Ended up with buckets and towels in the floor. We then filed a complaint and asked for a refund, we were offered another change of room a couple of drink vouchers which we refused. This was our 4th day out of 7!! 6th day complained with booking.com who raised a claim with property and property refused refund. 6th night jacuzzi on tile of our bedroom was left on all night, with a very loud pump! Complained and night watch man came to verify but this was still on till 7:20am next morning! Last day Booking.com issued a voucher for 10% of our cost. Most staff are nice and helpful, however some take tourists for granted and issues like this were just ignored totally! What a pity! It would have been a perfect week otherwise!

No heated pool, staff not as friendly as my previous stay and having to find someone to order drinks.
