ORANGE Tuscany Flat

Good location in a lovely town. Flat was spacious with plenty of options for self catering. Bathroom was nice, shower very good.

Flat smelled of cigarette smoke and would not go despite leaving windows open all day, everyday. Asked the owner to come and clean and change bedding, but was quoted €25 for the luxury of this. Decorative cushions on the bed smelled particularly bad, as did the sofa in the living area. Ended up cleaning myself. There was mould on the walls in the bedroom which meant the smell was a mixture of mould and smoke. Not a great combo. Bed was uncomfortable and VERY noisy - if you are a person that likes to breathe at night, be aware that this may cause the bed to make an awful noise. Hairdryer provided, which is good, but the plug does not appear to plug in.

L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole si trova in pieno centro storico ed è quindi comodissimo per muoversi a piedi. Noi siamo stati benissimo!

A very well-equipped apartment, perfect for spending a few days in Tuscany.

It was full of mosquitoes, which made it a bit difficult to sleep even with the window screens closed. The constant buzzing at night was quite annoying. It seems to be common in Tuscany, but a mosquito net over the bed would really help.

San Miniato is an under rated place. Ideally located in Tuscany and the town itself is a gem. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious.

L'appartamento si trova in un vecchio palazzo del centro storico, appena fuori la ZTL, ed è frutto di un'attenta ristrutturazione che l'ha reso un piccolo gioiellino, dotato di tutti i confort ma senza snaturare la sue caratteristiche originali. Gli spazi sono ampi, gli arredi molto piacevoli, c'è tutto quello che serve (televisione, macchina del caffè, phon, lavatrice, aria condizionata, zanzariere, etc). Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. E' possibile parcheggiare molto vicino senza grandi problemi. Lo consiglio vivamente.
