ORANGE Tuscany Flat

Ottima location, centralissima e letteralmente a qualche metro dall'ingresso della ZTL (comodo quando non si può entrare in centro con la macchina). Appartamento pulito e molto spazioso, fornito di tutti gli essenziali, incluso wifi, aria condizionata (che ci è decisamente servita con le massime di 37ºC....), fon, vari accessori in cucina. L'esperienza è stata più che positiva e il rapporto qualità prezzo fantastico. Consigliato!

Se devo cercare una pecca direi che il letto non era dei più comodi.

The kitchen was, as it says in the name, very orange. So some people will love it and others less. The bathroom and bedroom were in calm light colours so rest assured you will rest well. The heating was too hot so we had to open the windows as couldn’t find a way to turn it down but the property was immaculate. thanks to the lovely host!

Nice location, comfortable staying

- very nice location in medieval house with nice renovation - fabulous bedroom - in the old centre - very clean and new blankets - fresh clean air - insect nets on the window - nice for honeymoon - original medieval bricks floor

-Nice for 2 people, the third one has not very comfortable sofa for sleeping - more complicated with parking, not very clear communication about parking (I would appreciate maps with the exact location of free parking space and the streets, or special parking space in closest parking in old town)

A large and well-equipped vacation rental in the center of the small town.

Reading through other people's reviews and the host's answers reveals the owners did make efforts to reduce the street noise coming in from the street until late night; not much more can be done. However, for me, it was too noisy and I'd wished to have known this before. Loud motorcycles circulate the street before midnight. Around 6am, normal traffic resumes. If you are sensitive to street noise and can't or don't want to schedule your sleeping to 0-6am, this place isn't for you, despite its otherwise great comfort and amenities.

Nice interior, nice location in the center of san miniato, a beautiful small village.

The cutlery and the fridge cut have been cleaner.

Very good location, very easy to walk around San Miniato. It was clean and comfortable, with everything you could need in a holiday rental. It suited our small family well, and the host had set out a cot for our baby- a very thoughtful touch.
