Easby Hall 9

We have stayed at Easby Hall in various apartments and all have been marvellous. This one was no exception. The location is fantastic for us - easy access to the Esplanade, the town via the Spa Bridge, and of course Arosa - the chocolate shop on Ramshill Road not two minutes away. The apartment is very comfortable, well laid out with a touch of quality about it. We happily stay there again. One minor criticism - there was no cork screw, we;d forgotten ours, but hey, we live in the days of the screw cap...

Cork screw, sharper knife. (I like to cook). This is just nit-picking.

Lovely bright flat, with a lovely view of the nearby church and garden, complete with everything needed to have an enjoyable stay in Scarborough. We visit Scarborough fairly often and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Apartment wasn't the cleanest. The shower was either burning hot or freezing cold.

Stayed here before and the flat is lovely and in a great location.

We struggled with hot water. A lovely gentleman came to help us, but even boosting the hot water wasn’t enough for more than one shower. Then it took two hours to reheat. Not ideal with a family and no warning before we arrived. Sofa wasn’t clean, hair in the plug hole was revolting. Cups used and put away, so not checked. We washed what we used before use and left out so we knew which were clean.

The property in general is lovely. Really good area easy access. The heating was on when we arrived thanks for that. Beautiful area, nice and clean apartment.

Issue was that bathroom door handle was broken but still useable and mirror in hallway has a crack which I would classify as hazard if you stay there with children. Even knowing that there was a mobile number provided, communication poor don’t think there is actual person behind for communication as all messages we received through out our stay was automated and when we actually tried to communicate about the issues in property had no reply. There is a leaflet left about the issue with the boiler as we had no hot water so there was plenty of instructions how to do it but still confusing took a good hour to figure it out which I think needs to be sorted as soon as possible. In general all was good I think we would definitely stay again but these issues needs to be solved.
