Location was fairly good

Well shower was dangerously hot couldnt turn it down, bedding on sofa bed had no covers duvet cover nor pillowcases, bathroom door wouldnt close properly ,no plug in kitchen sink ,knobs missing on drawers tripped on mat in living room where it joins to kitchen flooring ,the bin room is the first thing you smell as u walk into appartment, all in all very dissapointing for the price we osid thinks it needs a bit of tlc 😥

They give us bigger room at first because there was a problem with the one we booked.

The rubbish from the previous tenant wasn't cleaned up. Our room wasn't ready when it has to be, so we had to change our plans. There is a room for the rubbish in the building and it stinks.

Great Location . Apartment itself was absolutely fine, very clean, plenty of plates,utensils and close to everything. Only a 10 minute walk to the City Centre, train station but there were lots of places to eat, drink etc all within a 200 metre radius of the apartment. This was really good.

No toiletries provided. Roller blinds on bedroom windows didn't work. One blind was missing on arrival but was replaced within a short time after a call to the hosts rep. This was very quickly done but the new blind didn't work and had to be left down all the time. Access to the Apartment was down some steps into a tight entrance and was very grubby with litter and not very welcoming. Front main door was left open sometimes which was not good from a safety perspective. You had to insert the key, turn the lock,push the door and then release the lock for it to close. A simple spring closure on it would have been way more effective and safer. Walls in corridor and stairs could do with a lick of paint as a bit marked and grubby looking.

Apartment was well presented, clean and great for a short stay

I hd to request the lockbox code, it was not sent to me automatically at the check in time. Communication from the host was lacking. The apartment was very stuffy, and hadn't been prepared for my arrival. It looked as though it was cleaned when the last guest exited, and then left for a few days. The apartment wasnt particularly well equipped. There were very few cooking utensils and glasses. The main door of the property didn't shut, so it was unlocked the whole duration my stay. The outside of the building, and access to the main door was dirty. Felt like a good price when booking. But upon staying didn't seem that good value for money.

Cosy flat with comfortable bed and excellent shower. Nice kitchen and lounge. Perfect location. Although there were many bars nearby, it was quite quietly. Added to my favorites although some improvement should be considered.

The main entrance always had trash because the door is in the basement. And we found the door always open, which is not good in terms of security. It should close automatically. The flat needs deeper cleaning. The curtains are damaged and very worn.

Lovely studio apartment, great central location ,parking nearby. Very clean apartment, good communication from owner and easy self check in. Sainsbury's opposite for any forgotten items.

The apartment was in the roof space so there were quite a few stairs. Would be awkward with big suitcases. The bed was quite small for 2 people and could have done with a better matress or a topper. A comfy chair under window would be nice.
