The bed was terrible. I would nearly touch the box frame from the horribly squishy mattress. Also the garbage room was full up and stinking in the hall way on the way in. When I first arrived the shower drain was blocked. The host did sort it out right away though which was good. It’s a budget stay close to Solent university but really it needs a new mattress and door the garbage to be stored in a more sanitary place.

Stairs a long way up but flat worth it!maybe a comfy seat in addition to the chairs and table.

Terrible wifi. When it worked it was slow. For 3 days I had to use my mobile data. I realized that the wifi does not work in the back two rooms. This did ruin my stay because I worked from home sometime and could not rely on the wifi. The front to the building can be accessed by anyone off the street as the door is not locked. I tried several times to shut the door but to no avail.

Nothing was good at the property.

The room was used in an unappreciated way. The bed sheets were very dirty, garbage was not thrown out, toilet had a bad smell and also the kitchen. I asked for a refund, tried to call customer services from booking.com a couple of times but nobody answered. What a shame.
