There was secure parking in a good location with as expected facilities.

It was a bit awkward finding the key for the side door & struggled with the automated door at first but once we had worked it out this was fine. Although would prefer a key safe.

It's a nice and spacious place. Quiet area.

The location of the apartment was good. The host/ managing organization was available to communicate.

The cleanliness of the property, especially the carpet on the stairs was not clean at all. There were lots of marks on the carpet inside the property, it gave the impression that it was not cleaned properly. The single sofa was broken. The lid of the bin kept next to the dining table was not working; it was always open and was very unclean. The property should provide have some cleaning staffs like handwash etc.

Only thing to like was the general location of the apartment.

Be aware that this 'apartment' is in a residential block of flats. Access to the apartment was very complicated in that you needed 3 access codes in order to get into the parking bay, find the bike shed and then get the key to the building. You need another access code for the front door. The apartment was very poorly decorated and particularly dirty in many places and also had a very unpleasant smell. The decoration looked as though it had been done by a 6 year old child with a paint brush. There was mould in the bathroom and bizarrely an empty paint bucket in the cupboard. The communal area as you came into the stairwell was covered in dry dirt and mud. As a result we stayed for approximately 1 hour, phoned the company director of Renta Accommodation and informed him that we would be leaving immediately and wanted a full refund. Conversations and negotiations with Leo started cordially but degenerated quite rapidly unfortunately after we sent numerous photographs of the issues to him. After leaving the apartment we booked into another hotel through Booking.com and eventually were fully refunded for the full amount of the 'apartment'. Book at your own risk and in the words of Leo 'Don't expect the Ritz'!

Terrible entry system with incorrect or outdated information. No reply to query re access. Very plain. Quite adequate.

Clean new dish scrub and washing up liquid, nice location, safe indoors parking.

Major: -The bedroom window was broken, we found out on the last day of our stay before checking out - all the previous time we thought that the flat was securely locked when going out -Smell: there was a distinct smell in the apartment (more intense in the bathroom?) -Squeaky bathroom door -Front door had to be force closed and it was very loud. -Not enough towels. I made a booking for 2 people and we got 1 hand towel and 1 larger towel. -'King' size bed: it was two small beds joined with a gap in the middle. It was very uncomfortable to sleep (especially for a couple). The beds were also very creaky. -Sank seats in sofa - uncomfortable -Showerhead: it couldn't be fixed at a certain height (sb had put a piece of toilet roll tube to add some friction in case it stayed fixed, it didn't work and I didn't remove it) Minor: -parking permit: there's a poster behind the front door saying that you need one (which you have to return on checkout), I found out after having gotten there and parked. It turned out that the info was out of date and we didn't need one (I contacted the managers and they confirmed to me that we didn't need one). However, the inconsistency was confusing. -not enough cutlery, we just kept washing the same ones -no teaspoons -internet kept cutting out -insane amount of emailing and messaging and prompts to check-in way ahead of time
