The size of the apartment.

The walls do not isolate noise from other apartments. I could easily hear guest from two doors away laughing in the night. The AC was installed only on lower floor. Upper floor was hot. There was a mobile AC unit available, but I did not try it. In the first night the guests across the hall had a special night, and made a lot of noise between 3 and 5 am. We could hear them through the cardboard walls as if they were in the room. For me this is a deal breaker. The terrace is large, but has no cover for shade. I will not go there again.
