Bazén a čistota bazéna. Lokalita ubytovania.

Prístup personálu - nikto na recepcii sa nezdravil , nikto sa nepýtal či niečo potrebujeme, alebo ako sme spokojní a to ani po oznámení že na druhý deň ukončujeme pobyt...otrasný prístup!!!! Čistota matracov. Ani raz za 7 dní apartmán nikto neupratal,nevymenil uteráky( až na naše naliehanie,aj to boli prekvapení čo vlastne chceme ) ani posteľnú bielizeň, nikto nám nedal toaletní papier..Nebezpečné a špinavé spotrebiče. Klamlivé informácie na internete a to výhľad na more a 4☆ hotel, v mojej krajine by toto bol obyčajný penzión so zlým personálom..

Acoustic of the place is not great - we were hearing every word of our all-time drunk danish neightbours. This ruined our stay as we couldn't even sleep properly - neightbours were partying till super late hours not respecting silence. The hotel itself is also pretty old - looking like from 2002. Only one towel, one toilet paper, one shower gel, no cleaning - for a stay of 5 days of 3 people.

Prvi put u Sunny Beach-u, apartman je bio prostran sa lepom velikom terasom sa pogledom na bazen. Bazen i prostor oko bazena uredan. Plaža na 10-ak minuta laganim hodom. Sve pohvale za domaćina koji je bio jako ljubazan!
