Complex Sands Holiday Apartments

It was central to everything, very secure so you knew you were safe, pool was great a little cool at times. Lots of sun loungers around.

The beds and pull out cough were quite uncomfortable, however bed was quite spacious so tried to make the most of it. If this was improved I would definitely have no problems giving this establishment a three star.

Nothing was too much trouble for staff.. Site cleaners spot on each day. Apartment spacious and clean. Plenty of sunbeds/ furniture around the pool. Location amazing, shop next door-open 24hrs. Felt like a little community as everyone friendly.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Apartment 9E - property very dated and in need of modernization. Shower head was broken, this was quickly repaired on request to property management. Shower curtain was dirty and old. Mattresses & pillows very stained and discolored. Balcony furniture was uncomfortable, all old, several deck chairs were broken and in need of replacement. Coffee table in living room had 2 broken legs. Some bed linen/dressing gown left in wardrobes which were smelly. Kitchen facilities were sparse, cutlery was old and in need of replacement.

All was good except one thing that I didn’t like.

The internet connection, stability and speed were absolutely awful. Management claimed they upgraded it in the last day of my stay, so hopefully this will not be an issue for new people.

Title: Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price Our recent stay at this apartment was highly disappointing. The cleanliness was subpar; all the plates and pans were sticky, and there was no effort made to address this despite informing the host. Additionally, some rooms, including the entrance and bedroom, lacked working lights, forcing us to use our phone flashlights. We specifically booked this place for its advertised WiFi, which was crucial for my girlfriend's work. Unfortunately, the WiFi did not work at all, causing significant inconvenience. The apartment we were given did not match the one shown in the pictures, adding to our frustration. While the swimming pool was well-maintained and the location was convenient, close to Flower Street and the beach, these positives did not compensate for the numerous issues we faced. For the price we paid, we expected much better. This was one of the worst accommodations we’ve experienced, not only because of the apartment itself but also due to the dismissive attitude of the host. We do not recommend this place to anyone.
