Complex Sands Holiday Apartments

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was excellent. Friendly staff. The apartments are clean. From the kitchen utensils there is everything you need, even dishwashing detergent and a sponge. The bathroom had a small soap, a few bags of shower gel, so I advise you to take your own. The pool was great for the kids. The hotel is located in the center. Everything is nearby (shops, boutiques, restaurants and fast food - for every taste). Parking was paid but like everywhere else. The cost is 10 leva per day. Georgiana totul a fost perfect. Multă sănătate şi succese în toate.

Great location close to the beach and water park. Really clean and away from the busy streets. Everything worked perfectly

The only thing we didn't like was a broken chair on the balcony. We travelled as a couple so we couldn't sot comfortably on our balcony

The apartment was quiet comparing to other places in Sunny Beach, we didn't hear the party from the beaches. It has a big pool which was nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a living room and 2 separate bathrooms which was perfect size for 4 people (2 couples) and it had all neccessary equipments (washing machine was a big plus). The bed was comfy to sleep in.

The place was extremely dirty when we arrived. We needed to buy cleaning supplies and we cleaned the whole place which was about an hour. The place had a weird smell even after the cleaning. We needed to buy other basic things as well (salt, pepper, toilet paper, etc.). We reserved the place for 4 adults, but we only got 1 key. There is no regulation of noise in the apartments and we heard people being very loud even in midnight around the pool. One of our neighboor was smoking weed inside of the apartment and we could smell it inside of our place as well coming from the sink and other places. We went to report, but noone seemed to care. Nobody spoke even the littlest English to communicate with us which was a little unbelievable in the most touristic city in Bulgaria. We hadn't got Wifi in the place even though it said we should have free Wifi.
