Good location, bed were comfortable but not clean

The property had a strong smell of stale cigarettes as soon as you walked in. It was so overpowering it was making me feel sick. We found a jar full to the brim of cigarettes which clearly was the culprit of the smell. There was leftover food in the cupboards, broken up pasta all over the cupboards There were stains on bed sheets and our headboard was covered in dust. The sofa was all torn up and broken. So disappointing. You had to collect the keys from an alternative site so there was no support from the property owners itself else I would have asked to be moved to a different property.
