Location, cleanliness and it was very roomy. Kitchen was the best feature. It's a very unassuming well spec'd modern and contemporary apartment sat above a well kept amusement arcade, with superb views of the Ocean and beach. Don't let the arcade put you off, it's part of the Devon charm. Thumbs up from us and we would dearly like to rent it again.

The lights around the eves.. they only went off late at night, so they kept us awake for a while as we are early to bed. But only a small thing really. It's a tad expensive but worth the money overall.

The decor. The view. Location. One of the nicest places we have stayed. The staff are also lovely.

As we visited in the colder months, we would have liked to be able to put the heating on when needed and a lock on the door after the stairs would have been nice but just personal opinion.

I thought the fried breakfast was exceptional. The manager ensured the Wales v Fiji match was being shown in their sister pub and turned up in person to check everything was to our satisfaction.

Couldn’t fault one thing. Very high end decoration and had everything you could think of. A bottle of champagne on arrival and a delicious free breakfast at the waterfront inn across the road. Parking outside the property was a bonus. The view is the best I’ve ever seen from the veranda. I try not to revisit places but 100% would return. Even made a list of ideas I want to buy from what I’ve seen in the apartment. A big shout out to the staff at the waterfront who were super friendly and helpful which is a bit of a rarity these days! Thank you

Absolutely nothing, just wish I could live here!

This was our second visit here and was every bit as our 1st Have booked again for next year. So comfortable and clean with the most amazing view. Plus we even got an amazing breakfast this year in the Waterfront opposite
