View was absolutely amazing and the staff were all so lovely. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and make the trip special for us. Would definitely be visiting again!

Excellent location for convenient access to all local amenities. Family friendly restaurant, amusement arcades, tearooms, etc. Beautiful views across the beach and coast towards Lundy Island. Even with the rain and cloud, it was still a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. The apartment itself was truly breathtaking. Set around an open plan layout with an outside terrace area with table and seating for relaxing whilst taking in the sounds of the sea. Attention to detail at every turn. TVs in all bedrooms. A large TV with a Dolby Atmos speaker system in the living room for watching a movie or bluetoothing your mobile to for music. Krups coffee maker with a selection of pods. Staff were wonderful and very welcoming, including in the Waterfront Inn where complementary breakfast is served daily. The icing on the cake was the chilled bottle of Champagne that was brought to the apartment upon arrival. We can't wait to book our next stay. Highly recommend.

A beautiful property in a glorious location made our short stay very special. Such attention to detail and finishing touches made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

Friendly staff at the check in and the bottle of prosecco on arrival was a really nice touch. Facilities are brilliant and unlike other apartments we've stayed in the condiments such as tea, coffee, milk, dish washer tabs etc were aplenty. Considering you're above an amusement arcade/bar, it's extremely well sound proofed and we couldn't hear anything. The photos don't do it justice and you can tell that they have very much invested into the property and therefore it is well worth the money. The bifolds doors on to the patio were breathtaking! We're going to make it an annual trip.

If you're a private person, you may struggle with how close you are to the outside area of the bar, but if you enjoy people watching then you will love it. It also would be brilliant if it was dog friendly, as we would likely come more (but that's our own preference) Apart from that, there isn't anything I can fault!
