Ubytování je mezi sjezdovkama Zell am see a Kaprun, na obě strany tak 4minuty jízdy autem - luxusní!! Apartmán byl obravdu velký a co se mi moc líbilo i prosvětlený! Zařízení naprosto funkční a dostačující - trouba, sporák, vybavení kuchyně. Všude čísto! Můžu jen doporučit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Highly recommended! The apartment was perfectly equipped, very clean, spacious, and ideal for families. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. The owner, Julia, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a fantastic view of the Alpine peaks and Kaprun. There is an amazing common room for relaxation and socializing with billiards, table tennis, table football, and more — a great bonus! Access to the sauna was a real highlight, especially after an intense day on the slopes. The location is excellent — very close to both ski resorts in Schmitten and Kaprun. The train station and bus stops are nearby, making it easy to reach the towns and ski lifts quickly. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and cross-country skiing trails are right next to the property. Overall, a perfect stay — we would definitely come back.

Very nice apartment! Had nice sleeping rooms and also a modern kitchen. Living room was very comfortable. The host was very friendly and made communication easy. Check-In as well as Check-Out fast & simple. Highly recommend this apartment!

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Die Pinzgauerbahn ist nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Der Hobbykeller mit Billard, Tischtennis und Fitnessgeräte hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
