I’m really disappointed with my stay here — I should’ve just gone to Anston or another hotel. I came here for a meeting and the hotel didn’t provide an iron; when I asked them they gave me a stupid excuse. I hope you go bankrupt. This stay was so bad. The toilet was clogged and the soap smelled like toilet cleaner. That’s all. You’ve made my life messy and messed up my ability to attend the meeting.

I love the location as its near to a big children play area called City Garden and walking distance to fast food places like Macdonald, KFC and Burger King. The area is easy to call for grab ride too. The agent Seriati that i book with is friendly and her reply is very fast and assisted me in my request.

The shopping mall is not fully renovated yet and alot of shops are not open. It will be good to have a food court and more retail shops.
