The facilities and location is good. Staff was very welcoming and nice

The ac for my room seems faulty as it is not so cold. There is also no instruction on how to connect to the wifi in the room also the netflix for the tv cannot be used as there is a connection problem

I love that the location is convenient and the view is stunning, the front desk staff are helpful.

however need to work on the wifi connection and the maintenance of the water tank which unfortunately falls on Sunday it causes inconvenience for the whole family as we have to wait for the water supply to be connected to shower and get ready to check out. Overall it's a great experience and will definitely come back.

Blanket too thin and pillow too soft

The apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The bedroom has an incredible view of Batam City since it is elevated on the high floor. The shower water pressure is excellent. The kitchen is equipped with a functional induction cooker along with all the basic fry pan, rice cooker, and utencil so that you can dish up a simple meal if nedded. It also comes with tea bags, sugar, and some mineral water as a complimentary. The living hall and bedrooms are equipped with functioning air-conditioner, and it helps that it cools the rooms down quickly when we return back to the apartment from the hot weather.

The internet is pretty slow, moving at just 3 mbps. It made normal web browsing a daunting task. The netflix doesn't work well with the slow wifi as a result. Hope the owner can resolve this for future stays
