Its was located directly on the beach, the description on booking.com was accurate and the hotel facilities were excellent

It would have been good if the apartment was cleaned every 3 to 4 days, there was no vacuum cleaner etc to clean the floors. - sand from the beach etc

Noisy traffic during the night

Great location on the beach. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. Large rooms.

Hot tub broke twice during our stay. Host did arrange for engineer who came quickly. Could have more sun beds/sofa in the solarium as not enough for 3/4 people. Noticed that apartment below had more.

Location was great, apartment 2B was fantastic, we could also use some of the hotel amenities and some discounts. Area was good for restaurants. the hot tub was great and cleaned throughout the week. I would stay at the apartment again, view and beach 10/10 We were invited to the beach club opening on Friday 31st May which was great.

The beach club (where we stayed) did not open until 1st June (we stayed end of May) so we could not use the pool, restaurant or beach access, this was not made clear at the time of booking and there was no reduction in price. All communication was via an app (but they did respond in 24 hrs) may be better if we had a contact number. Hotel staff not fully aware of the discounts you had as a beach club guest.

The view was stunning. There were bars and restaurants close by and the garage over the road was ideal for bread milk etc.

Having owned an apartment for 16 years in Tenerife I feel qualified to know what’s essential for a self catering holiday. There was no safe for our valuables. No washing machine I had to ask for an iron but then there was no ironing board. So had to kneel on the floor. Also the beautiful pool area was unavailable to us. It didn’t open until the day we left. The gym is in the hotel up a very steep hill. There is a shuttle bus, but it doesn’t start running until 10:20. So sadly the apartment that we had chosen for our Pearl wedding didn’t deliver what we had hoped for.

It was quite far out and nothing was open, we were not told about this. I also had €80 go missing! Also a rubbish dump situated in front of property!
