Higueron Rental Beach Club Suites - Managed by Higuerón Resort

The view!!! This was one of the best views I have experienced. The apartment was a really good size and the private roof terrace was amazing! Location is great, not super busy, but a good selection of restaurants and bars.

The communication from the property was bad. On booking.com it said they would meet us at the property, I messaged them twice before we arrived to confirm how we checked in, and they replied to me at 5pm the day we were checking in to let us know we had to go to the hotel which was over a mile away. We arrived at 9.30pm at night and was given no information other than here is your code for the door. There was no transport to get us to the apartment so we had to then order another taxi to take us there. Not great when you have spent what we did for the apartment. There was no offer of clean towels during the week, and no one came to check on the jacuzzi the whole time, which had lost around 1/3 of the water due to the heat! The apartment was just missing some real basics, there was nowhere to hang your towel in the main bathroom, there was nowhere to put your toiletries / razor in the shower. The shower in the main bathroom was not waterproof and the water leaked through the gaps and flooded the floor, you could tell this was an issue as the door was warped. We just used the other bathroom, but if there was two couples, it would have been a problem. We didn’t use the beach club as the terrace we had was just great, but the pool at the beach club was filthy, watching the lad attempting to clean the bottom each day was painful, and very clear why it was so dirty as I have more effort in my little finger 😆 they need to look at hiring someone else! I received an email to say that we needed to go check out at the other hotel, but when I finally got hold of someone, they said we didn’t have to. I really don’t want to sound like I’m moaning because we really enjoyed it there, but for a premium apartment it just needs a little more communication and some basic extras to make it better!

Beautiful, modern apartment with breathtaking sea views and a private rooftop solarium — the perfect spot to unwind. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and just as shown. Great communication and a smooth check-in made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape!
