Higueron Rental Beach Club Suites - Managed by Higuerón Resort

It was a beachfront large apartment with good size rooms and WIFI. It also had quilts on the bed which personally I prefer. All 3 TV's were Samsungs and connected to the WIFI so we were able to connect to Netflix etc as we were unable to sit on the balcony in the evening due to it being on the roof top and having a young family.

We had to be dropped at the main Hotel Reception which over over 1km near the top of steep hill. To be given a key code to get into the property and then told to make our own way there at night in the dark with no shuttle service at this time and small children with a broken suitcase (from the airport). Lack of communication from the host. Various problems with the property and it took days for the host to email back via booking.com. We called the main reception twice and was told they would call us back. No call back was ever received. We called the contact number for the property but no one returned our call. In the end we went to the reception to speak to the host. The pool at The Beach Club is for over 16 years only and to use their sun loungers for the day its 200 euros. The balcony for room 2B is on a different floor, not ideal with a young family. The hot tub ran out of water when we went to use it on the last day. There were ants in the apartment. The shower door was jammed in the middle bathroom, so we were unable to use it. No one came to repair it. The shower in the ensuite regardless of what temperature you set it at fluctuated from cold to scolding hot. The front security door on the property never locked and the keyless entry key pad was completely unusable. Its 15 minutes taxi ride to either Marina. Not a vast amount of restaurants or supermarkets around. Reception at the main hotel appeared to be unhelpful and disinterested as we was not staying in the main hotel.

Everything about this property was exceptional the modern and stylish design, the breathtaking sea views from the terrace, and the unbeatable location right by the beach. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, making it feel like a true luxury escape. The amenities were top-notch and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing.

Ich htte keine Bratpfanne die auf dem Herd Funktionierte , Backpapier wäre toll gewesen und dass alles auf einer Etage wäre wie auf dem Bild mit den Kinder wäre es besser gewesen. Alles sonnst Top
