Full of ants, we were unable to use the Living room as they had infested it completely. When I told them they said someone would be around the next day I told them that wouldn’t do and it needed to be sorted then and there. She said someone was on the way that day but couldn’t tell me when, obviously no one arrived which anyone could tell was going to be the case as the girl at reception was clearly just trying to get rid of me off the phone as they want little to do with the beach apartments. No reception have to go to hotel to check in which is 30 minutes walk away Pool area closed late march

The room was spotless when we arrived.

We had to taxi everywhere. The room wasn’t the one I thought I had booked, I thought I had booked the one in the picture but we were given a room with the hot tub on another floor above. Two of the blinds were stuck and we couldn’t open them so, although one was eventually fixed, the one in my bedroom was closed all the time. The room was only cleaned every 3 days. Not my idea of 5 star.

Ants everywhere. No service whatsoever. Was charged full fee at the end for no reason.
