Le falta mucho mantenimiento, pintura, el grifo de la cocina a veces se sale , las duchas están mal , la lavadora no cierra bien , el frigo una pena y los sofás necesitan un cambio ,

Imóvel em mau estado de conservação com canalização a verter para o chão da cozinha, o que nos levou a andar constantemente a efetuar limpeza de água com esfregona, paredes a descascar e muito sujas, sem resguardo no WC da suíte, porta partida do poliban do WC comum, cozinha sem máquina de café e torradeira ( informação contrária a do seite de reservas), chaleira com ficha americana que não serviu para nada, talheres e louças insuficientes para as 4 pessoas, não tinha facas para confeção de refeições, frigorífico em muito mau estado, sofás em mau estado e com manchas, mesa de apoio aos sofás em mau estado e com pernas partidas. No geral, tanto o apartamento quanto o mobiliário, em mau estado e muito abaixo das espectativas.

It's a very well-located apartment with an incredible view from the terrace. We really enjoyed our stay. We used the pool almost every day, and it was Great! It's an excellent accommodation for that price in a perfect location. We recommend it for undemanding vacationers.

La vue , le calme , très proche de la plage.

La personne qui s'occupe de la location ne répond pas tout de suite Le matériel de cuisine. Les murs sont salles. Pas de rideau dans la douche Porte 2 eme douche cassé.......

The apartment was not very clean, the kitchen utensils were dirty, and there were someone's hairs in the room—among other things. The sofas were very dirty, and the pillows were so old and lumpy that we had to go buy new ones because it was impossible to sleep on them. The website stated that there was all the necessary kitchenware, but in reality, there were only two frying pans and one pot! There wasn’t even anything to boil water for tea, and of course, there was no kettle either—we had to buy one ourselves. During the 14 nights we stayed there, they didn’t even change the bed linen and towels once, whereas everywhere else we’ve stayed in Spain, clean linens were always provided after six nights. And on top of all that, there were plenty of other negative experiences. As for the sockets—no words! I got shocked by electricity multiple times… Horrible.
