Convenient underground parking with elevator.

The apartment was not very clean, the kitchen utensils were dirty, and there were someone's hairs in the room—among other things. The sofas were very dirty, and the pillows were so old and lumpy that we had to go buy new ones because it was impossible to sleep on them. The website stated that there was all the necessary kitchenware, but in reality, there were only two frying pans and one pot! There wasn’t even anything to boil water for tea, and of course, there was no kettle either—we had to buy one ourselves. During the 14 nights we stayed there, they didn’t even change the bed linen and towels once, whereas everywhere else we’ve stayed in Spain, clean linens were always provided after six nights. And on top of all that, there were plenty of other negative experiences. As for the sockets—no words! I got shocked by electricity multiple times… Horrible.

Location and view!

No communication! We have asked couple times regarding iron before arrival, but didn't receive answer. One bed was fully broken, all other beds were in bad quality and very noisy. Showers terrible. Kitchen missing items. Window broken. Sofa in sitting room is too old for rent apartment. We couldn't ruin our vacation so didn't applied for requirement to change. Owners communicate only when they need. @booking should review requirements and how owners renew their appartment. Appartment has a perfect view from balcony and thatɓ the only good thing. We do hope that owners will invest and make this appartment worse the price..

location and the view is gorgeous. But if you have any standards, please book another place. for the first time in my life i didnt read the review properly and it backfired - we´ve came to this place and trully stayed in shock. its DIRTY UNHYGIENIC, BED IS LOUD, (the single bed in the other room had wobbly/broken legs) you have to be deaf to sleep on that.

this apartment / owner should be banned from booking forever. we left the place in 5 minutes a book another one. owner absolutely ignored us, so we are asking for a refund.

The apartment has an amazing view and a balcony. The location is very good for day trips to Malaga, Granada, Ronda or Gibraltar, especially for people with a car. There is a parking space in the building.

Practically everything. There was no internet in the flat, which was a decisive factor for us in choosing accommodation. The washing machine did not work, there was no light in the corridor. The bed in the room creaked very much. The flat is not fresh, the walls are shcharpanye. In the bathrooms the plumbing leaks and does not work properly. On the terrace and in the room is very audible noise of the road, where constantly go cars, about the silence in this flat do not dream. A very important point that after we moved in and discovered how many problems in the flat, the owner disappeared and did not respond to any message, just ignored. Everything looks like we were moved in and then do what you want with it all. Complete ignoring of any messages. I will never choose this flat again and do not advise others.
