Penthouse with Park View

Beautiful apartment with views over the park . Enclosed balcony was a wonderful surprise.

Second floor apartment without a lift made it extremely difficult for me to carry suitcases up& down. Please let customers know in advance.

Location was great, lovely view of the park. Walking distance to the CBD and of course the lovely parks and Avon river. Modern apartment - comfortable couch.

The balcony / winter garden had a strong aroma of something, made it not comfortable to sit in. It is worth knowing that there is no lift, so you will need to carry your bag up. I had an Aunt with a disability who visited me, luckily she could walk up the stairs, however, she could not bring my Uncle with dementia as the stairs were not manageable for him.

Loved the lay out

Spacious, clean, quiet and close to the park. Good equipment and facilities generally.

Could have done with a couple of extra towels given our stay was 6 days. Clearer description re access, i.e. the fact that there is no lift might be difficult for those with any mobility issues.
