Penthouse with Park View

Great location, warm cosy , great location, very private , cute little sunroom

Location was great close to everything Walking distance to shops , Town centre and Christchurch hospital Host Rachel was fantastic thank you. whenever I’m back in NZ would love to say in the same apartment.

Wouldn’t change anything apartment was great location also great.

Close to everything, clean and warm. Confortable

Parking was an issue between 8-5.

The apartment is spacious, well appointed and quiet, and the decor is modern and fresh. Comfy bed and great shower!

We had a small issue as there were no clean towels when we arrived, but we managed to find some in the cleaner’s cupboard. It seemed perhaps the cleaning hadn’t quite been finished.

The stairs up to the apartment when we had two large bags.

Everything I needed and more. The bed was just beautiful.

Presentation of property. Owner arrived to help us access property and he was lovely.

Only 2 flannels for 3 people. Bed Linen was old and really wrinkly. Ran out of toilet paper and milk on the first day. Glasswear was way up on top shelf -had to climb onto chair to access. Coffee cups not the same..2 were as big as soup bowls. K Mart.. boxes left behind in cupboards from dinnerware..

It was all adequate, thankfully earplugs were provided for street noise No complaints only a suggestion I would've like to have seen and eco friendly milk package A carton or perhaps glass bottle instead of 12 or so tiny plastic and tin foil long life milk pods.
