Muffige, schlecht belüftete Unterkunft im Untergeschoss ohne Tageslicht. Wegen des muffigen Geruchs und der schlechten Belüftung war Schlaf kaum möglich und wir entschieden uns zur vorzeitigen Abreise ohne ein Frühstück eingenommen zu haben. Ein entgangener Urlaubstag Die Ausstattung der Küche war mangelhaft: unzureichende Steckdosen für Küchengeräte, keine tiefen Teller, Töpfe ohne Hitzeschutzgriff, keine Beleuchtung über dem Esstisch. Das Bad war schlecht belüftet sodass nasse Sachen nicht trocken wurden. Die Handtücher waren muffig und Toilettenpapier unzureichend (eine knappe halbe Rolle für 2 Tage) vorhanden.

Appartment is dirty. I found Bugs and spider. Behind the bed you can see spider net... so sad 😞

Value for money Good location

Keeping the front door key in an outdoor safe allows you to check in even late at night, without worrying the host. The room has dishes, a microwave, and an electric kettle. The house is located on a quiet street, without criminal elements.

Just a suggestion: to have an English version of the Rules for guests. Even more detailed instruction (in English) how to rent the available bicycles would be helpful.

It's the third time! The location is perfect for us because it is a few kilometers from the highway that passes through Passau and connects Western Europe with Eastern Europe. The Tulip room is in the basement and is perfect for those who are on the move. For those who come on vacation to the baths in Bad Fussing, the property offers superb rooms on the ground floor and upstairs for good prices! The location is 5 minutes' walk from the town center and 3 minutes from the big supermarket. P.S. Don't miss the butcher shop in the center of the town. The food price is quite low and they have some dishes you can't refuse and the beer is excellent. Attention, the butcher shop closes at 6 PM (:
