Walking distance to the termal resort.

It is really not necessary to insist on arrival time in advance because the key will be anyway in the safe box at the entrance. Linen is made of sintetic materials and such kind of fibers makes sleaping almost imposible. Also, amount of spa tax should be communicated in advance clearly.
