The Hobbit House

It was so cute. From the beautiful garden you looked up at Ben Nevis. There was a bus stop 2 minutes away that took you into Fort William for £1.80.

There is nothing not to like. Maybe unless you're quite tall, after all it is a hobbit house.

Quirky, but proved good value for money in an expensive area for accommodation. Clean and comfortable with TV, fridge, cutlery etc and air fryer.

All good - met expectations.

How quirky the property was, how much you could fit into the house was excellent. The outside area is great with seating and a gas bbq.

All as expected, a tiny house, but enough space. Tom, the owner, is very helpful and gentle. His advice is a good tip for a wonderful evening. Thank you Tom

It was a very cute ‘house’

It was tiny, and I mean tiny. It was not an apartment! The kitchen was a few appliances in a small corner of the bedroom. The roof sloped (it was really a shed with a bathroom tacked on) and I was continually banging my head. Luckily, we’re used to living (on holiday travelling) out of a suitcase as they was nowhere to either put our cases or their contents. The bath, in total contrast to the rest, was very very deep and I got stuck in it. There was no shower. There were overhanging plants on the walkway and you got wet getting to the door because of this. It played on being a Hobbit House when in fact it was a very expensive shed.

Sharing a bed with a wriggly child. I didn’t realise how wriggly he was while he slept!
