The Hobbit House

Located near Ben Nevis , a little gem to enjoy, surrounded by a nice garden where the birds find their comfort. Looks small from outside but is even equipped with a bathtub and is spacious enough for two adults. Good bed , clean linen and helpful staff.

The Hobbit House was very cute in a lovely garden setting. Good location. Tiny but manageable for a couple of nights. Comfortably bed and very clean.

Hand held shower over the bath and fixed stools at the table (unable to move the stools) made it a little awkward to sit comfortably.

Superb location at the foot of Ben Nevis. Easy, beautiful drives if you want to go further afield all with stunning views. We are not walkers, but if you are this place is perfect. The house was warm and had everything we needed to self cater, including fridge, microwave and air frier. Also plenty of nice places to eat out. Easy dedicated parking. Just a unique little house, well designed with a good sized bathroom with bath. No noise (except the dawn chorus) and fairy lights adorning the windows added to the magic.

The property was advertised as all on one level, and while this was accurate there was one step to negotiate to enter the property and access the garden was also via 2 wooden steps. That said all facilities could be accessed if a couple of steps are not a problem. Handrails to steps would be worth considering. It is worth noting the double bed is against a wall due to space issues, so can only be accessed from one side, which may make it difficult for some people to get in and out. I only mention this because we have limited mobility, it would not be a problem for most people. Even with our disabilities we managed well and would return.

Comfortable, clean and fantastic location. Free and easy parking directly outside the property. It was truly a Hobbit House. Bit concerned initially but it was so quaint and cute.

No real shower. Shower is on the bath bit no shower screen so you have to kneel or sit in the bath. Difficult to shower when you have physical limitations.

The hobbit house is very small when you look at it the first time but is deceptively roomy. It is really cozy with a spectacular view and outdoor seating areas in a lovely garden. The blanket was one of the warmest and coziest i have ever encounted at accommodation.

Contained everything we needed and in an excellent location with views of Ben Nevis and close to a bus stop to get to centre of Fort William. A retail centre was also close by to purchase food.

Headroom was a bit challenging but easy enough to work round.

Beautiful location with stunning view of Ben Nevis. Close to attractions. Host Tom was lovely. The Hobbit House was so cosy in a lovely enclosed garden. Sat eating breakfast accompanied by blackbirds, blue tits, Robins and sparrows.

Having to leave. It was so relaxing.

The room was tiny as expected ;), but it is a very cosy and nice place to stay. They host even has provided coffee, tea, airfryer & a little oven. It is a very nice place to stay, don't expect a rain shower or anything. But I would definitely come back here again if we visit Scotland.
