Location was great!! It was clean & the towels smell nice.

When I was doing breakfast I couldn’t put the toaster, microwave& TV a the same time because the electricity went off. Also there is not black out shutters so the light come through early morning.

The location is ideal: close to train station, shops, souvenir shops, cafes, cable car and Friday market. At the same time it was always quiet. Clean large and comfortable apartment, TV, wifi, well equiped kitchen. If I would come again to Benalmadena I would have lived here again.

Underground parking lot. If you have a big car, it's hard to maneuver between pillars to get to the parking lot without running into the neighboring lot where the lady keeps her scooter as close to our lot as possible. So, when we came first time and I shifted scooter a bit not to hit it, she came at ~23.00 when we already slept and started screaming in spanish. Other than that it was everything perfect.

Great position and security near centre benalmadena. Close rail station. Apartment in good condition very modern and good value divided by 3 people.

No pool as promised just excuses why wasn't available. Appreciate water shortage but why then was pool full water and working. They blamed the government but just their lazyness get it up and running like everywhere else and government had lifted restrictions on 1/6/24 so no reason we couldnt use.luckily able to use others nearby with pool. Plus we only had one plug for bathroom none useable for kitchen so if they so concerned about water shortages why weren't these supplied instead we had run taps for washing shaving and dishes. We left it cleaner than when we arrived our feet and socks got very dirty because they don't clean the floors with any cleaning stuff not pleasant. We cleaned them with dish detergent as no cleaning fluid supply. Didn't feell an extra expense needed by us. We did leave them plenty toilet rolls though as not enough supplied. Staff full of excuses and dishonesty. Unimpressed that had pay someone 20 euros when we arrived at 21.55 before 10pm. She confirmed pool would be working then in recorded conversation stated it wouldn't be because of the government but originally stated key would open it but it was padlocked with barrel code too. Very Unimpressed but didn't let it spoil our holiday

Quiet, great location.

Car park was very dark and impossible to find the car and the pedestrian entry to the accommodation. Very difficult to return the keys because they are needed to exit the car park and it's very hard to leave the car once it's out.

Location is perfect. 2min. walk to Arroy de la miel trainstation and bus stop. Lovely staff 🙂 Baby cot and high chair is available

Apartment was cold couple of first days. The heating wasn't working very well. That didn't bother us so much

Agent assumed that I used Social Media , That was a problem . Because I knew the property ,I was able to find the representative .

weather was really good (stayed from 11th October} it would have been good had the pool been open
