Excellent location, very clean and nice, modern decor. Great to have air conditioning.

Although very clean and comfortable, the apartment is quite sparse. Some furniture for the small terraces would be good and things like tea towels for the kitchen and basics like salt/pepper. I would say it is perfect for a short stay and if you're eating out for meals but if you were staying more than a few nights and wanted to spend time relaxing at the apartment, you might struggle.

For us it was expensive, yet for Benalmádena it was great value. Excellent position in the center of Arroya de la Miel. I highly recommend the town center for evenings out away from the clubbing atmosphere. The appartement is in a calm spot, secure parking in the basement, very spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable, triple air conditioned - very useful in summer while the temperature at night does not drop, ideal for a family as long as the children can sleep in the same room. Possible to leave the deposit by cash at Hostel Sol y Miel, thus possible to retrieve after the cleaning lady confirms nothing is broken, which is good for budget management of your holiday. All people that we conversed with were kind and did their best to accommodate our needs.

Some suggestions. Getting in was a little awkward, managed by multiple people who try to do their best to organise according to your arrival time, I suggest giving an arrival time on bookingdotcom only when you are sure of the time you arrive, if you leave a cash deposit, allow for the time to go to the Hostel and you can ask for a receipt. One single bed needs refreshing as it is noisy.

Great location. Good communication and easy check in. The elevator was useful.

No balcony furniture or sunshades. Only one couch and no chairs in the lounge.

The apartment was clean comfortable & spacious very close to town centre amenities such as train station, restaurants, shops and bars.

Great location & clean. Hot water cylinder burst whilst we were there, staff replaced cylinder within a few hours so there wasn’t any inconvenience to us. great service.

Bathroom a bit dated.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. There was an iron and an ironing board, a hairdryer and even a scale if you want to weigh your luggage (or yourself 😉).

We liked everything.
