The pool area was great..hotel itself was spotless a little supermarket that was convenient and was also close to beach..we d a nice apartment with all facilities and utensils

Found the staff on reception to be very non helpful..as we had hired a private apartment..the owner met us at reception after we'd to call him..he showed us around. No safe was only other issue id have..we asked at reception we're again told contact owner..

Food, staff,cleanliness was very poor. Food in La Terraza or food shack did not satisfy us. It was very hard for us English speaking to understand what was being said to us. Washing machine broken and did not work, contacted the landlord who came and fixed the button but did not work after this. Socket hanging pff the wall and a danger to our children. Apartment full of ants no matter how much ant spray or how clean we kept the apartment. Birds flying through the restaurant and pooing on our beds / towels when suits bathing.
