Ross Place Apartment

We loved the layout, the flat was a really good size for our group and we were able to all fit on the sofa after a long day :) The location was also great!! And the surrounding area was so quiet for a weekend, we all got a good night's sleep both times.

There was only one bathroom - not the fault of the owners, that's just how it is, but with 5 adults it's tricky.

Cleanliness

A small bottle of milk would have been helpful We were on foot and the location was not very amenable. Bus stop was a long way down a steep hill from the property. Not easy to get to with luggage.

Reasonably good location, we had a car so the hill that other reviews mention was not an issue. I would estimate you could walk into town in 15-20mins. Clean apartment, spacious, well laid out and three bedrooms. We were able to park right outside the apartment, almost under the kitchen window.

As others have commented, the initial impression on arrival is a little disappointing, given the look of the apartment block but I wouldn't say that should prevent anyone from booking here. You don't sleep or stay outside, ;) and inside the apartment its very nice. :)

That was a great property which is in a great location. It was clean, and as advertised.

Very spacious and homely. Great location. Easy to get the keys.

It's very clean and nicely decorated. The apartment and neighborhood may appear rundown, but inside is everything fine. Sufficient parking available in front. Key easy to obtain with a code. I didn't see the owner, but everything went smoothly.

The price is on the high side; typically, for this price, you'd expect a suite. Unfortunately, there aren't many options in this area.

Host was great so complaint. Property location was fantastic and everything was fine for a short break.

The fridge location in a really tight cupboard was not great. Also, kitchen lacks basic cooking stuff.
