Ross Place Apartment

Ground floor apartment well set up. Not walking distance to town but all good

Location was terrible, apartment is in the middle of a very deprived area on an estate. The apartment block didn’t have a front door, and the stairwell was cluttered and dirty with semen all over our front door including the handle and knocker. The police arrived multiple times during our stay so at no point did we feel safe. Many aspects of the apartment were broken or run down, no lock on the bathroom, sofa was wet and very badly stained, bedroom blind did not open, walls and paintwork scuffed, mould around the windows and the toilet seat didn’t even fit the toilet. We did not feel it was value for money at all.

Large 3 bedroom apartment with comfy beds 2x double 1x single, Spacious Kitchen and lounge with big tv and lay out sofa.

On the fringe of town in a block of flats that was a little average in themselves.
