Ramblers Rest Modern Cottage-Perfect Views of Ben Nevis

Lovely property ideally placed to explore Fort William and the surrounding highlands. Ten minute drive or a lovely 45 minute walk to the High Street and the railway station. On site parking and wonderfully set up property including an outside deck with stunning views of Ben Nevis. Great hosts. Very happy to recommend.

The property was super spacious and really comfortable, especially after a day of hiking! The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. We really liked the location, which had stunning views of Ben Nevis and a 30 minute walk into Fort William along the riverside path. Would definitely recommend.

Everything. Little soaps for a gift, amenities for breakfast, clean, warm, not far way from Glennfinan viadukt.

We stayed here only for 1 night.

Lovely spacious and self-contained apartment for a couple allowing total peace and privacy. The included washing machine and full kitchen facilities were really valued. When you’ve been traveling for a while, clothes washing facilities are gold, as is the ability to eat some cheap meals at ‘home’. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were great. We had some trouble trying to lock the front door but we received a quick response and the door will soon be replaced for new guests.

As we come from quite a warm part of the world, we would have liked more control over heating the property for ourselves. Though we stayed in Scottish summer time it was still cooler there than our winter.

Everything was superb. Comfortable, clean, well equipped, modern and a great location with all the local services you would require. The communication from Leeann and Keith was perfect and our stay was really enjoyable.

Great little spot and only a few minutes drive from the main streets of Fort William. Was great to have all the conveniences of home at the cottage. Very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again.
