Property Notes

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 50€ per stay, to be paid in cash on arrival. The check in time is as follows: - From 12:00 to 20:00 hours. Exceptions: - Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will take place: delivery of keys, delivery of luggage, even change of clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it ends, maximum 4:00 p.m., but as soon as it is ready we will notify you. - From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash upon arrival. - From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry. - We do not receive after 1:00 - Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Please ask. - Check out time is 11 am. PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool will be open only from June 15th until September 15th due to seasonal changes. The airport transportation service to and from the property incurs an additional charge. Prices may vary, so please inquire beforehand.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Pobyt uważamy za bardzo udany. Apartament jest przestronny, dobrze wyposażony i na miejscu było wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Dużym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja – blisko morza, portu oraz najpotrzebniejszych sklepów, dzięki czemu wszędzie można było dojść spacerem. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić ten apartament. Chętnie wrócilibyśmy ponownie.

Jedynym minusem był brak dodatkowego kompletu kluczy. Gdy jedna osoba wychodziła np. do sklepu, ktoś z mieszkania musiał zejść na dół, żeby otworzyć drzwi. Przydałoby się również trochę dokładniejsze sprzątanie przed przyjazdem gości.

Jeśli chodzi o mieszkanie było bardzo wygodne wszędzie blisko sklepy bary na miejscu. Plaża dosłownie 2 min spacerkiem. Widok na morze z okna. Chociaż było kilka niedogodności osobiście polecę tą miejscówkę .

Dostaliśmy tylko jeden komplet kluczy na 6 osób. Chcą wyjść na miasto w niekompletnym składzie trzeba było zrezygnować z klimatyzacji w pokojach lub narazić się na setkę pytań nieprzyjemnego dozorcy jeśli zadzwoniłeś dzwonkiem na recepcję .W ostatni dzień gdy zostawiliśmy klucze w mieszkaniu po spakowaniu się poszliśmy jeszcze skorzystać z basenu przynależącego do apartamentu zabierając plecaki czuliśmy się tam jak intruzi właśnie za sprawą wspomnianego już dozorcy który dosłownie wszystko komentował. A to plecaki nie w tym miejscu a to nie chodź mokry do toalety i tym podobne sprawy.
