Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 50€ per stay, to be paid in cash on arrival. The check in time is as follows: - From 12:00 to 20:00 hours. Exceptions: - Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will take place: delivery of keys, delivery of luggage, even change of clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it ends, maximum 4:00 p.m., but as soon as it is ready we will notify you. - From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash upon arrival. - From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry. - We do not receive after 1:00 - Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Please ask. - Check out time is 11 am. PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool will be open only from June 15th until September 15th due to seasonal changes. The airport transportation service to and from the property incurs an additional charge. Prices may vary, so please inquire beforehand.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Late check out.

The beach next to appartment was closed for reconstruction as well as the pool.I had to walk for 15 minutes to the next availible beach with small kid, who is 4 years old. The mosquitos bit everyone during the night. Need to install nets on windows

Location of the apartment is excellent. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable, especially the beds! The view out to sea is awesome! I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Benalmadena - it is close to the marina and a short walk down to the seafront. We would definitely have no hesitation in booking again for a return visit!

We didn't receive any information regarding use of the pool. We went to see it but there didn't seem to be anyway to get into it as the barriers around it were always locked and there was never anyone in it. Maybe it was closed for the season? Also, there are no sunbeds around the pool, just a grassed area with some bench type seats

"Everything you need for a great holiday"

Arrived and was very impressed with the accommodation. Clean,with spacious living,bed areas (X2). Fully functional kitchen and 2 balconies (great for a bit of privacy). Bathroom was spotless. Great location. 1 min walk to the marina, 30 second walk to bars,shops,doctors,pharmacy,fast food,taxi rank,bus stop,waste bins,ECT. All in all a great holiday with this accommodation central to it. Would have no hesitation returning in the near future . Oh,and the pool area is fantastic!!
