No free parking. Shower head in top bathroom is loose. Lights in 2nd bedroom not working. No provision for rubbish

Lots to like about this property. Good location with an easy walk into centre and access to 3 supermarkets plus just across the street from Little High and plenty of great cafes near by and a brilliant bakery diagonally opposite. We stayed for 1 week so used the cooking facilities a fair bit and they were good plus a dish drawer dishwasher, full size fridge, plunger coffee and plunger, washing machine/dryer and outside line, need more pegs! A new fryingpan , cutting board and tongs would be good but there was plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware. Like other reviews have mentioned, the stairs are steep but we left our suitcases downstairs as we had our clothes in packing cubes and they were easy to bring upstairs. I think it would be quite warm on the top floor in summer but there is a fan provided. We had a few housekeeping issues and they were addressed really quickly and the property management team checked in regularly which was great.

It appears that most of the units are holiday rentals and one night there was a group that were outside till 2am and really noisy so hard to sleep. It is also next to a bar and on Saturday night the music went on till 3am and then the garbage truck came at 4am to take away all the bottles. This is outside the control of the property but we had 2 sleepless nights out of 7 but its in the centre so noise is to be expected.

Great location and easy access and parking if you time yourself right.

Possibly over furnished in the living room downstairs. Would Recommend removing the rug as it definitely had seen better days, (we rolled up and removed for our time there) bathrooms could have done with a decent bleaching.

The house had not been vacuumed very well if at all before previous guest. My kids picked up bunches of human hair. The rug in lounge was filthy underneath. Stains on couch as well and curtains on seco d floor have stains on them.
