A touch of Luxury in Chch CBD with Free Carpark

Loved the location and the apartment was great with our teen boys. They loved the dart board and great having separate bathrooms.

Probably wouldn't stay here again with a car. But great if walking/ubering/scootering. There was parking but not much. No Nespresso which which annoying on a public holiday.

Great location. Very clean and had everything we needed.

The house is in a convenient location near everything we need. There was a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine and all the necessary amenities for a house, besides good heating, which is necessary in Christchurch at any time of the year. There was a table to work on the computer, nice bedroom linen and comfortable beds. The toilets had warm seats and dushes to wash what needs to be washed if you cannot use toilet paper.

Too many stairs to go to the bedrooms. We avoided the suite since it was on the third floor of the house. We spread our bags in the living room because we would stay for just one night and did not want to carry them from floor to floor. Although the large windows make the house well illuminated, some of the glass should not be totally transparent since everybody can see everything inside the house if you do not close the curtains when the lights are on.

Lovely modern house with great facilities. Very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. Location was excellent- lots of bars and restaurants very close by and just a short walk to the city centre. We were delighted.
