Modern Lofts next to Georgia St. & Convention Ctr.

Very spacious, excellent well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, cooking utensils, and tableware you would ever need. Very comfortable beds, well equipped bathrooms, and the pool table was quite a bonus. An easy four block walk to the Indy convention center and Lucas Field. Much more pleasant and cost effective to share this apartment with my two co-workers to attend our conference. Used Kroger DoorDash to stock the fridge, and a lot less expensive overall than going to restaurants.

I loved the location it was very convenient! And the door code access made us feel safe.

The place was very spacious and has a good vibe to it. Very home feeling. I loved the setup. Also, the location was perfect!

The neighboring rooms and communication with host. The room above us was so loud from midnight until 4 AM when I was finally able to fall asleep from being exhausted, the host said he would take care of it, and nothing was taken care of and he quit responding to me during the issue still happening. He said that he messaged them and that if it continued to please let him know which I did, and I never heard from him the rest of the night. Even when I woke up at 7:30 in the morning, they were still being loud. The people above our unit were dragging furniture across the floors, dropping things over and over again, yelling and laughing loudly and stomping. This was not normal noise that occurs when staying somewhere. This took place literally four hours and kept me and my two kids awake which essentially ruined our stay there and the next day because everyone got little to no sleep. We ended up heading home early from Indiana because of this. I’m aggravated because the post said there is quiet time from 10 PM until morning on weekdays and that clearly was not addressed appropriately at all. I let the noise go on for almost an hour from 12 AM to 1 AM before even contacting the host. Because of this one issue which was pretty major in my opinion, I would never stay here again or recommend it to anybody. Even though the people above us were guest, it could happen again and the host did not take care of it properly
