This is by far one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in as a family with two teenagers and mother in law with us the apartment provided kids of space for us all to feel comfortable the views in the photos don’t even do the area justice we could literally sit in the bedroom and living room and watch the sunrise in the morning. It is an amazing base for drinks food and beautiful walks will definitely return.

Shared pool can get busy

Kythe looked after us throughout our booking and stay. Correspondence was excellent, and I received instant responses. We have never known such professionalism, and this was above and beyond anything we would have experienced. In addition, the video with directions to the location and access to the keys was very helpful, including the video on how to open the glass doors to the external balcony proved crucial. The whole property was very safe, second floor and we looked out onto the harbour and nightlife. My grandchildren are 8 and 4 years old and it was perfectly safe for them to enjoy. We respected and cared for the apartment as we would our own. The bonus was that we didn't need a car, and the local bus (110) goes along the coastline and directly to Malaga. Uber was brilliant too.

Roof pools in both blocks were extremely dangerous with pool lights broken and wires exposed to water, eg broken lights and wires coming away from their fittings in the wall and freely floating in the water for people to get caught up in and, worst of all, exposed to the electricity. Children were even playing with the long wires as a swing. We could not use the pools for a few days and I reported it immediately to Kythe, who was OUTSTANDING support throughout our stay. The lights were corrected safely within 24 hours. Lessons learned from this? The recommendation would be to follow up with the company that should take responsibility for safety in the pools, and for them to do their job properly, as this had not just happened. People told us it had been like that for ages. Someone must test the water each day/night. Why this was not picked up by the pool and maintenance company proves there is a risk and, I hope this feedback will help you deal with this in the first instance to avoid any unnecessary fatalities.

We have just stayed at this property for 1 week and we loved everything about it. It’s located in the heart of the Marina in Benalmadena. It has exceptional sea views as well as beautiful views of the boats and perfect for those who wish to relax on the balcony and people watch. The facilities are excellent, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Perfect for those who wish to have a self catering holiday but also very close to a wide selection of restaurants in the marina. The apartment is located on the 1st island accessible only by a locked gate so as a group of woman we felt extremely safe. There is access to a beautiful roof top pool with several terraces for sunbathing, loads of loungers and chairs available to use. We had the pool area to ourselves most days. We visited April 2024 during the drought despite being unable to use the pool we enjoyed the roof top area. The apartment is perfect for families and equipped for little ones. Two people in our group had mobility issues and we found this apartment perfect as there is a lift to all floors and it is just a couple of minutes away from bars/restaurants and the beautiful sandy beach. Kitchen is fully equipped with clean modern appliances and utensils. Air conditioning throughout. We couldn’t fault a thing about this property and can’t wait to visit again.

The property was in a great location in the marina, close to lots of good restaurants and bars. It was also very spacious with a real nice layout.The host, Patricia, also was really friendly, provided us with useful information and was timely responding to any messages.
