The property is located in the heart of the Marina, which made our holiday all the more special enjoyable.

The location was perfect. In the middle of beaches bars. Also central for visiting south east Spain. Very clean.

It was so good the first time, we came back again! Perfect for our busy family of 3 teens and a pre-teen. They have independence and freedom and we know they are perfectly safe. The apartment is roomy enough for 6.

We love it. Nothing negative to report.

We liked everything about the apartment, about the rooftop terrace with the pool, the beds, the kitchen, everything! We have stayed in other apartments at the marina many times, and this was absolutely the best one so far. The location is close to perfect as it is at the marina itself, with restaurants, shops and everything you need within a few minutes walk. The hosts have an office 40 meters from the apartment, which is very practical. We could also leave our bags there so we could enjoy our last day after checkout with no problems. Very friendly too, we will surely get back in touch.

The only negative thing we can think of is that there is a bit of noise in the evenings from the popular bar just across the "river". It didn't bother us much though, we do like a little life around us.

The most exclusive location and views we ever had. Imagine this: you are outside your apartment and see other people stop, make a photo, point with finger and crave... and you think - I am the lucky one who stays there :-). The host Andrea is super! Photos in the ad are accurate. The apartment is super spacious, so that in case of longer stay all the family members can also enjoy their personal space. The big terrace with million dollar views is very versatile, - you can use it for morning coffee or card game in the evening. Although it is in the middle of life, it is not noisy. You hear the music from restaurants (not in a distrurbing way), but by closing windows and terrace glass you can have quiecy for sleeping. When you step out of this very nice building with a character, you have wide choice of restorans. Two beaches and supermarket at 5 minute walking distance. The dark sand at the beach gets so hot in the summer, so we really appreciated the rooftop pool. Within 1,5 hours drive you have wide selection of tourist and nature attractions.

Small things to consider: on the terrace you have the morning sun, but it is not practical for sunbathing. Better do that on rooftop area at the pool. Lot of space there, you can find also your private space. The apartment is not new, so if you are a perfectionist then some marks of wear might bother you. If you are looking for solitude and tranquility, then choose another location. One bedroom (out of 3) has no window. If you rent the parking space below then you need to drive through pedestrian street - makes you feel uncomfortable. The aged plastic sounloungers need to be replaced by something with style. Even with these elements I would not hesitate to book again.

Proximity to beach, restaurants, shops, boat trips. Amazing swimming pool and sunbathing areas. Layout of apartment and stunning views from balcony. Well equipped and clean. Very good security. Prompt replies from agent.

The location is perfect. The transport connections are superb if you want to see other places. There are lots of excellent restaurants very close by at reasonable prices. Also its quiet at night in terms of getting a good nights sleep. Highly recommended.
