Very clean, comfortable and spacious, with such a beautiful outlook to the ocean from the ninth floor. Accommodated our extended family easily and had absolutely everything we needed. The unit was safe and secure, and only a short stroll to the beautiful beach. The host was very good at communicating and being attentive to any questions we had. Recycling and refuse were close to the unit, and easily accessible. Great parking availability for two cars, plus visitors could park off the street. Close to lots of restaurants and cafes.

Coffee machine was complicated. Just get a Nespresso or Breville with pods, if wanting to supply a coffee machine option. Otherwise there are plenty of coffee shops close by, so not really an issue.

The spaciousness of the apartment and ocean views were spectacular. There were 7 of us in total and there was ample space for everyone without feeling on top of each other. All guests had their own bathroom which they loved. The kitchen was fully equipped, dining table was huge and lounge area comfortable. The beach was less than 100m straight across the road and plenty of shops nearby.

My stay wasn't long enough and it came to an end! There was nothing to dislike.

The property is a well maintained, executive style penthouse and in the perfect location for everything Maroochydore

It could use a small barbeque or something like that on the balcony. This would make stays really enjoyable.

The size and spaciousness was fabulous. Close to everything was wonderful. It had everything we needed. Beautiful / the view is to die for and amenities great.

Some Beds need a bit of an update- otherwise excellent.
