You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. "We had an absolutely fabulous time and will definitely return!!"

The property was an absolute gem and was very comfortable for a two night stay for 8 adults. The facilities were great and everything that was required was available for use. Karen the host greeted us on arrival and was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend this Penthouse for a short stay with friends or family.

"Greedy and inattentive landlord and property manager"

We were three generations family, we wanted to spend a relaxing small break at the beach. We all woke up by the loud sound of renovations at 0730 in the morning! Property manager knew in advance of renovations but no discount was given and noise continued through all breakfast. When you pay top Dollar for school holiday period and as a guest you are sent instructions to keep quiet at night- it's property manager' s duty to make sure you are undisturbed. If it is not in their power, they cannot charge a full price. I have spoken with Karen and told her what I expected as a guest but no offer of discount for our lost morning was offered It is being greedy and not service oriented

Photos don't do this place justice. A sprawling, massive and beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Close to the sunshine coasts best beaches and nightlife, it's the perfect spot for a holiday with a group of friends. Rooms are spacious and everything is immaculate.
