Libretto Suites

Key collection process was stressful and set the tone for a disappointing stay. We never received proper check-in instructions before arrival, so I had to call the property manager for help (they actually sent the instructions later in the day). The person who answered was vague and difficult to understand. When I called again just five minutes later for clarification, she responded sarcastically, questioning why I was calling back so soon. Her tone was rude and unprofessional throughout. When we finally got in, we discovered there were no towels provided. I called her again, but she wouldn’t answer my calls, likely due to our earlier conversation. My partner called instead, and even then, she questioned whether we were sure there were no towels—implying we were lying about such a basic need. The apartment itself was disappointing. It was advertised as a suite, but it definitely didn’t feel like one. It was located directly under another unit, and we could hear loud footsteps above us constantly. To make matters worse, cleaning supplies and equipment were stored right outside our door, which felt very unprofessional and made the entrance area look messy. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had. Between the poor communication, missing essentials, noise issues, and dismissive attitude of the staff, it felt like guest comfort was a low priority. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Host's response to questions were slow in coming, and since the room was on the ground floor, there was some noise late at night from pedestrians on the street.

Perfectly located and well designed rooms, with the bonus of a fridge and small catering facilities. A little noisy as in the middle of the old town, but absolutely worth it for the great location in the heart of things. Comfy beds, great shower and stylishly designed rooms. Would highly recommend.

Chris the guy from the hotel was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area. He took the time to answer all of my questions and offered great recommendations for local dining and attractions his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly set him apart.!!

This was a lovely room only self catering experience. The place is located in the right part of lefkada. Not on the main shop street but just off it. Waking distance to anywhere we needed. Supermarket. Marina front. All shops & restaurants. Huge comfortable bed. High end finish. Old building with charm and space. Chris from the car hire shop walked us down. They also do great easy hires.

A beautiful room, full of character, centrally located in Lefkada Town. We booked it after we arrived on the island and got the keys from a car rental shop nearby. The whole process was very easy and Christos, the guy who gave us the keys and took us to the room, was very helpful and friendly. We would happily stay here again.
