It was very central, close to good places and I liked the big bed as well as the room intensely was very cute and nicely designed.

You really do need earplugs though as this is the central location and the music is played very loudly till late in the night. I also asked via booking to check in between 1-2pm because I was arriving earlier and the property confirmed this for me. When I arrived around 2pm I only discovered that the room was not ready and was still dirty. I also had to call someone to let them know I am here - they don’t have anyone waiting for you. This was super frustrating. I also came at 3.30pm which was allegedly the time to check in and the cleaners were still cleaning the room! Honestly, I don’t know what they were doing for this whole time.

The location of this hotel is fantastic—very convenient and central. The room matched the photos online, which I appreciated, and the two beds were incredibly comfortable. However, they were pushed together, and unfortunately, they tended to separate during the night, which was a bit frustrating for my back. On a positive note, the staff was responsive when I had questions or needed assistance.

The property management company runs multiple businesses, which led to some delays in getting someone to the property to let me in. This was particularly challenging in the extreme heat. I strongly suggest switching to a key code entry system to streamline the check-in process. Additionally, the battery in the door lock indicated it was low, and although I informed the staff member who let me in, it was never addressed during my stay. The room also had several light bulbs that were out, which could have been easily fixed. Lastly, I would recommend providing more towels and ensuring they are machine-dried for softness, as the air-dried towels were quite stiff. With a few minor improvements, this hotel could offer a truly boutique experience. The location and room comfort are definite highlights, but attention to detail and service enhancements would take it to the next level.

Central Location

Hard to find parking spots. General problem on the island

Nice and intimate room with a great location. Everything in town was walking distance.

The towels were like sandpaper. Key collection was at a separate location, which is inconvenient with luggage. That said, they did come deliver them to us and worked to ease the situation.

Great location in town close to resturants and shopping. Furniture is very nice and comfy.

Upon returning to our room one day we did find a dead roach. Also particles fell from the stone walls onto the bed.
