Rumah selesa dan bersih. Dilengkapi dengan peralatan dapur. Kolam bersih dan selesa. Persekitaran juga bersih dekat dengan tempat makan.

Perlu sediakan ampaian untuk penyewa kering air pakaian selepas mandi kolam. Pantai dekat tetapi kena turun tangga tinggi.
